Well, I guess it's finally my turn to get into a minor scrape.  To make a
short story even shorter, I scraped my bumper against another car that was
backing up at the same time in a parking lot.  My black bumper lost some
paint (I can see the white underneath).  The scrape is about a foot long
and several inches wide. 

Any suggestions whether I should try to fix this myself or take it to the
shop?  I don't think it'll cost that much at the shop, but then, it's hard
to say.  If I do it myself, what do I need to do?  Any websites with
pointers?  I know there are stuff out there explicitly made for stripping
and cleaning the bumpers.  Anyone with experience using these?
