Lisa,

If by WE (as in "we signed the papers") you mean you AND the dealer's
legal agent, then the dealer has to swallow any loses (although I find
it hard to believe that the dealer will lose anything -- perhaps reduce
his profit somewhat) -- UNLESS the contract gives the dealer a loophole
if financing at the specified rate cannot be acquired.  Read your copy
of the contract.  While I haven't a malicious bone in my body, I sure
hope you stick it to the dealer.  Keep the list informed.
