Lisa, My mom works at a dealership here in Canada and I showed her your e-mail. Basically, the dealership screwed up. They let you take the car without checking with banks and now they are having trouble finding one to give the rate that you signed at. Since you signed the contract and have the car, if you were in Canada, you could tell them to go to .... and take you to court. They are trying to break a legal and binding contract which is not right. I would check local law to find out what goes in your area but that is what would happen here in Vancouver.
