Personally, I would ask for reimbursement using the pricing that you get from Roebuck Mazda. 

These will be new parts and for the items in question, that only seems appropriate. Ask for Marshall at Roebuck and tell him what you need. He'll help you figure out the part numbers. Also ask him to email or fax you the part numbers along with pricing including shipping so that you can have documentation to present to your own dealer if needed.

You've done a lot of research on this and are very well prepared. Good luck in closing the deal!
