To completely ignore Keiths very valid point,
I will point out that in-fact GAB shocks are made by KYB (not vice-versa).
GAB shocks are apparently a "house brand" of Japanese Bridgestone dealers,
and are supposed to be only available on the domestic (Japanese) market.
They are made for Bridgestone by KYB.
KYB shocks are readily available any many world markets, but GAB are very
hard to come by. I'm guessing they are only available in the USA because of
one or two US companies buying them in Japan and importing themselves.
But I dont beleive KYB make an 8-way adjustable shock with their own name
on it.
I learnt this from a local car magazine, who were answering a question on
why GAB shocks werent available locally... (NZ)
Cheers,
Fletch.
