It could probably only happen on the first day of spring! I was waiting to
make a turn yesterday and looked in my rear view (actually we say rear
vision) mirror and there it was  a black '69 Cadillac Convertible and no,
there certainly aren't many of those here. The driver, a pretty young lady,
wearing 60's sunglasses and a leopard skin print scarf to keep her locks in
place, I couldn't see much below her shoulders but I'll bet she was wearing
"pedal pushers". I couldn't help thinking that there had to be a camera car
somewhere, that it was a promotional stunt for something but no, I think she
was just out, as was I, enjoying the first day of spring and a magnificent
day it was too, bettered only by today.
    How could anyone, at any time, drive a car that wasn't convertible?
