Jefferson Circuit at Summit Point Raceway, West Virginia
Track and Classroom Instruction

Summit Point Raceway:
Located 1 hour Northwest of Washington, DC
Jefferson Circuit is a challenging 7 turn, 1.1 mile long course with both 
altitude and camber changes

Event Headquarters/Saturday Evening:  Best Western Lee Jackson hotel 
(540-662-4154), Rt. 7 and I-81, Winchester, VA, be sure to mention Mazda 
Sportscar Club of Washington for the discounted group rate. 
Informal dinner a the Texas Steakhouse at 8:00 p.m., one exit south on I-81 
at Rt. 50

Necessities/Support:
Helmets required (loaners available)
Technical inspection required, pre-inspection form available at 
http://www.mscw.com
4-point rollbars with substantial reward bracing required for convertibles
Technical Support available at the track

Registration:
Registration closes Friday, October 1, 1999
Limited to approximately 64 participants, approximately 4 groups of 16 based 
on experience and vehicle type
$125 for one day, $225 for both days.  Registration is not confirmed until 
receipt of fees.
Fees are non-refundable, substitute driver/vehicles are allowed with 48 hour 
notice and is the responsibility of the participant.  Substitute 
driver/vehicle must meet the same requirements (i.e. completed pre-tech 
inspection, etc.)

MADS shirts $20 and up, available at the Track
Licensed drivers 18 years of age, proof of automobile insurance required at 
check-in
