Ah, Jeff, I know the seasons are reversed in the bottom half of the
world, BUT they are still based on the equinox & solistice dates. So
your Spring equinox and our Autumn equinox are the same date, o/a
Sept 22. Does OZ have different official and traditional season start
dates? Here in these U.S., the traditional summer start date is the
Memorial Day weekend near the end of May with the traditional end
date being Labo(u)r Day, the first Monday in September. The official
dates are around 22 June & 22 Sept, respectively.
