Brakes are soooo easy, especially on the Miata.
Squeaky when not braking = the pad squealers are
contacting the rotors = need new pads ASAP. The job
is really at least as easy as changing the oil. The
Haynes manual has good instructions, as does
miata.net. Probably a good time to flush the fluid
also.

I'm not sure about your "sticky" clutch pedal, but the
slave cylinder is located on the right side of the
transmission. If you look straight across the car
inside the back of the right front wheel well, you'll
see it. Look on miata.net's garage for pictures of it
off the car - it'll make it easy to recognize. I
flushed the fluid the first week I had mine, and was
able to do it without removing the wheel, but I have
long arms. You should at least be able to get your
hand up there and feel for leaks - if you feel or see
any, replace that sucker.
