The banners are currently in the possession of Peachtree Miata Club of Atlanta, GA AND Foothills Miata Club of Greenville, SC...we share...LOL.  They were handed to us from RAGS of Knoxville, TN on a recent Deal's Gap run (not DG99).  In our possession they have seen Deal's Gap, the Cherahela Skyway, the Snake (twice...once backwards, once forwards), made their way to a PMC meeting, and a trip to a Miata.net vendor in the area gathering signatures on each trip.  The plan for the next two weeks (total of about 3 1/2 weeks in the possession of the two clubs before the hand-off) is to attend the 24 Heures De Le Mall (24 hour autox in Charlotte, NC) this weekend and sure to be signed by lots of southeasters there, then on to a Gimmick Rally with PMC on the 12th, to a FMC meeting on the 13th, a trip to Ceasar's Head and Brevard,NC with FMC on the 18th, and then to a group event (hoping for a big turnout from the southeast) for another Snake Through the Hills run in Dahlonega, GA on!
 September 19th at which time we hope to pass them off to the Carolinas club (if not they'll go to a lone wolf in the area that can hopefully pass them off easier than I to said chapter).

So there ya go...they're making the rounds.  Thanks to SOCALM for starting this project and for allowing us to participate!!
