Howdy All,

I just finished reading the Car and Driver article on the comparison
test of the S2000, Boxster, Mroadster, and the SLK.  From their tests, a
lot of which is subjective, the S2000 beat the others, on all except on
accelerations 0-60, and 0-100, where the BMW got it.

There are number reasons that I am not sold on the car.
1. Electronic Dash? In a retro convertible?
2. Power top in a smallish convertible.  The car already weighed in
under 2800lbs, they could have saved some weight.
3. VTEC reliability. can you spin 8900rpm racing all day, and then drive
home without worries?
4. Can the car come in for $32K?  will there be the hype like the miata?

Just a few of my thoughts.
