It should be reading a bit under 30 psi at idle (psi that is if you're in
the US) when the engine is warm.  When it is cold the pressure should be up
near 90 until the engine gets to operating temp.  The pressure should also
increase with RPMs...not exactly sure what it reads at certain engine speeds
though.
