65-87 ft-lbs seems to cover it. I normally torque mine to 80 ft-lbs.
(But maybe there were some value changes in the 10AE. If you can trust
them, give your dealer's service line a call.) Incidentally, in the '97
manual, the torque values are cunningly hidden in the section on
"Changing a wheel." Maybe you'll find the recommended values somewhere
in that area.
