Big part of the residential areas inside the city without the main
roads/streets.
Usual inner city limit is 50 km/h.
Outside a city on the usual twolane (one each direction) countryroad is 100
km/h.

We also have what is called a "play street". Small street in a city with
houses (no shops) where you're aloud to go at 4-7 km/h maximum to ensure kids
can safly play on the street. Very tricky when you do your driving test,
cause you have to let the clutch slip all the time to ensure your not to fast
:)
