When the center brake light was mandated by DOT in
"84?, it was destined to become un noticed since
everyone has one. Worrying about the fools on the road
down here, I was excited when I came across a unit
from "Serious" on Miata.Net marketplace. The unit,
quick to install (10 minutes if you worry over
it)makes the center brake light flash 3 times then
hold a long dash and then repetes the cycle. You can
also use an additional lead provided to make the
center brake light do this when your back-up lights
come on. Neat Unit...quick install...people notice the
difference. Had someone in our developement stop by
and ask about it!
