They will still turn yellow!!  I only wash with Mequiar's Gold Class Car 
Shampoo, never ever anything harsher, except our water which is very, very 
hard <g>.  It took a year, but my center caps yellowed.  And once they 
started turning, they went really fast from good to ugly.  My dealer just 
replaced them as a ONE TIME customer concession replacement.  I'm changing 
from 14" to 15" next year anyway, so the center caps will be virtually "new 
and unused" when they are taken off next month for the mounting of the snow 
shoes.  I'll be putting the center caps in dark and protected storage and 
we'll see if they yellow in a mushroom environment.
