They did replace them, under warranty, but the word from Mazda, and it is 
written right on the warranty work order, that this is a "ONE TIME customer 
concession replacement."  It's not that dealer wouldn't do it, they did, 
gladly, but Mazda was making it very clear to them that they will only do 
it once.  As far as the dealer goes (service end, not sales), Tulley is the 
best I have ever dealt with.  I have absolutely no complaints about their 
policies, prices or quality of service and staff.  And I let Mazda know 
that too.
