Um, no.
The DSM factory is in Normal, IL, the Plymouth Laser
hasn't been made for years now (since the first generation
Eclipse went out of production), and the Conquest/Starion
was made in Japan by Mitsubishi for both companies before
there was a Diamond Star Motors corporation
(joint venture between Chrysler and Mitsubishi.)
Other notable Mitsubishi manufactured but Chrysler Corp.
badged cars would include the Dodge Colt, Plymouth Champ
(same car) Dodge D50 (?) pickup truck, the Plymouth Arrow
(actually quite a good car for the time, mid to late '70's) and
probably a few more I can't think of right now.
Mitsubishi also supplied a bunch of four cylinder engines for
Chrysler that went into just about every K Car based vehicle
they sold in the Eighties, including their minivans.
I believe Ford still owns less than 50% of Mazda,
but I expect that will change shortly...
