Peter, next time you have tem put on, drive carefully back home and mark
the location of the weight on the rim.  Then remove it and reapply it
with some good 2-part epoxy.  Should fix the problem.

Stick-on weights are notorious for not sticking.  Rim weights are
better, but many have had problems with those being pushed off the rims
with heavy cornering.
