nah... piece of cake if you hold your tongue right...
couple of old rags or a disposable diaper under the oil filter... 
roll up sleeve on left arm and remove watch...
stand toes even with pax side front tire...
reach under intake manifold with left hand only...
unscrew the filter and tip it upwards to prevent big spill...
carefully extract left arm with filter intact...
installation is more or less a reverse of removal.

gotchas... don't forget to drain oil before removing filter and remember to
lube the rubber gasket on the new filter before installing.
