AFAIK its a new lightweight all-aluminum engine, somewhere around 147
BHP was the last I heard. Opel, the german GM daughter will offer it
as well.

The design was quite boxy, but with some nice details e.g. the
vertically arranged exhaust tips in the center of the rear bumper.

P.S. Auto Bild, a weekly car tabloid had a very favourable review on
the new Toyota MR2/MR-S. They preferred it to the MX-5 in almost every
way, especially handling where the '5 usually shines as we all know.
Sadly there's virtually no trunk space. They also reported the price
in Japan to be around 4000$ under the Eunos Roadsters'.
The MR-S in the review was yellow........yummmy !
