My original thought was the same as Aaron's, but the leak is on the exhaust
side.  On a 1.6l, the cam sensor is on the intake side of the engine.
Still, it's a lot easier than changing the head gasket :)  The oil would be
more visible on the exhaust side of the engine due to the location of the
intake manifold.

Matthew, check out that sensor.  It's at the back of the intake side of the

It's quite easy and cheap to change the gasket for the valve cover.
