Ken,
Thanks for the response.  The thing is, the JR Cat
seems to be fine inside and I have gutted the factory
cat (on the car now).  I still have the rattling
regardless of what cat is on the car.  That's what I
can't figure out.  Maybe the rattle is being
transferred through the exhaust from somewhere else. 
I don't know.

P.S. The Thermal system is brand new and was installed
Friday, so I know it isn't that.
