d I’d have to talk to Tom Putz or the General Manager. I was transferred to the G.M. and said he knew there was some problem but didn’t know any details. I informed him that this whole situation was totally ridiculous and I was very ticked off. He said he would have Tom Putz would call me that noon (Dec 30th). * Now it’s January 3rd and I still haven’t received any phone call from anyone at Hall Imports about my car!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve now been without personal transportation for 3 weeks!! This is absolutely unacceptable and I’m so mad I could scream! If I can find the correct person at Mazda headquarters to contact I'd send them this note and see if that would help matters. I guess I'm old fashioned in that I believe people will do something when they say they will. Any suggestions you think would help this situation would be appreciated.
