The last name of your salesman sais it all. Seems like all the people who work
at Hall are putzs.
It appears that you are willing to put up with their crap (You have been
without a car for three weeks). Simply calling them is not enough. Be a pain
in their ass. My draw on this is that you have to take matters into your own
hands. It time to actually go to the dealer, demand the GM to resolve your
problem and threaten not to leave until it is resolved. Also for your 3 weeks
of inconvenience demeand they provide you with some form of compensation, like
a free 30K service. Furthermore tell them that if thay can't resolve the
install to your satisfaction, that you will go to the regional HQ to lodge your
complaint.
