They're both H4 systems. The Vision Plus is the DOT-legal version. It has
little nipples on the lens (apparantly for aiming purposes, but you don't
need them), a less distinct cutoff in the pattern, and drain holes.
Ironically, it's the one that seems to suffer from condensation problems.
The "off-road" assembly is the European setup with a sharper cutoff and no
condensation problems. They look almost identical. I've been running the
Euro-style for over 5 years, and I have never had any problems.

The stock Miata wiring will handle up to 90/130W bulbs with no
modifications. Upgrades don't come much easier than this!
