Bummer about the whacked fender...but my story may make you feel
better.  My situation was a bit different: I was picking my '94 up from
NTB after having the tires rotated...the guy brought my car around the
front of the building & parked it...then another employee proceeded to
back ANOTHER customer's car into my driver's door!  Just shy of $1,000
damage...and the store paid for all of it and at my choice of shops.
Check with the shop owner & his liability insurance.  Good luck!
