Ah, the weekly brake fluid thread? ;-)
No, you do not want silicon (DOT 5) fluid. You may want synthethic,
but not silicon.
Castrol GT-LMA is a good all around fluid. At the higher end, there
are a number of great ones, I use Motul 600. Overkill unless you do
track events with agressive pads though.
