I advanced my timing the other day and have noticed a knocking now.  It 
happens no matter what gas i use or octane boost.  A friend said it could be 
because the owner before me drove like a wuss and i have carbon buildup.... 
Any answers??  Also i heard of some spray stuff you can put into your intake 
while its running to burn up the carbon and also spray down the plug holes... 
   
Im doin a timing belt replacement and was wondering other than i think the 
(cam seal??) any other gaskets i should replace?? I have a 95
