If your key is in good shape a locksmith can cut you one. There is
nothing special about the Miata key. If it is extremely worn go to the
parts department at your dealer with your registration and they can cut
one for you from the computer code. Word of warning. Test the key
before you leave the dealer. Took my rocket scientist 3 times to cut
one that worked.
