If you choose Amsoil (IMO is the Best) go with the S2000 0W-30,If you plan on 
extended oil drain periods go with the Amsoil extended drain superduty 
filters. Otherwise the standerd OEM filter can be used for regular drain 
periods. FYI the only sure way to determine whether an oil is full of 
contaminets,hazzardous particles,and has lost its lubrication and viscosity 
properties is  to have an Chemical analysis done with a 4 oz sample of your 
oil.Which amsoil will do for you.They have tested their oil and basicly know 
the kind of interval it takes to make it loose the desired properties.Some 
will change every 2-3k mile,nothing wrong with that.Others may see the 
benefits of reduced friction,quicker engine response,increased hp,and 
improved fuel efficiency.If you try it like it or hate it post the
