Subject:	Adding velcro to aftermarket tops

Is it possible to somehow attach Velcro (where it is on the factory top,
beside the rear window) to my top (Duetto vinyl/plastic). Was driving with
the window down in my PBC window folder and about 75 mph a gust of wind came
in the back and blew the cover up , no  blocking my vision, but annoying.
