Hang on Russ,

While I'll grant you that the lowrider was behaving like an idiot, you say
that it was the /Accord/ that hit Ollie. Whether the truck was racing with
the Accord is not the point, the point I'm trying to make is that it wasn't
the lowrider that caused the accident, it was the Accord. I also have to
grudgingly ask why the hell Ollie felt compelled to pass these two, or is
/that/ the race you are talking about?

If you are saying that Ollie racing the truck was what caused the accident,
then I'll say maybe, but while trying to pass the truck and Accord for
whatever reason wasn't the best idea he had that day, it wasn't what spun
the CRX. That was caused by the Accord not looking before changing lanes on
top of Ollie.

Blame the driver of the truck for being an idiot, blame Ollie for bad
judgement if he was racing the truck, but don't blame either for the
accident directly, it was the driver of the Accord that bears that
responsibility.

I'm _very_ glad to hear that.
