I ordered it on the same day I think, or maybe even the day b4, and still
hasn't arrived either. 
I emailed them last week and got the reply yesterday that I need to give
them 14 days for shipping (which has now been eclipsed). I didn't bother
to ask what land mammal they were using for 14 day transportation in the
US... : )
