There's an update to USAA coverage. They have recently (past two years)
opened their doors to the NCO ranks as well so it's no longer limited to
officers. Now all those sergeants can get the same benefits that were only
reserved for officers. 

Now if they would just let me into that posh O-Club instead of the run down
NCO Club...
