I have decided to take the plunge to replace the stock exhaust and intake.

Do anyone know if the CANDOO system will interfere with the Racing Beat's
rear brace?
Also thinking about replacing the header at the same time, anyone have any
suggestions?  How good is the Jackson Racing's header?  and is it a good match
with the CANDOO exhaust?  Rod Millen has a performance catalytic converter,
is it worth the money or trouble to replace that too?  Also, I am concern
on how well they all mate together.

I am still deciding between the Jackson Racing cold air induction or the
filtercharger with the NACA(?) duct.  Any pointers to make this decision easier?
