Jeannie must be slipping, 'cause (forgive for the use of the informal) she hasn't said a word about the latest spelling gaffs. B-R-E-A-K-S is something that your old MG did a lot, and your miata rarely/never does i.e. "I hate it when my (insert target british sports car here) breaks down every two blocks" B-R-A-K-E-S are what stop your Miata from running through that guardrail at the beginning of a turn on a twisty mountain road. i.e. "I hate it when the master cylinder breaks by ripping off the the firewall, thus making my brakes useless as I enter this hairpin" A few days ago, someone spoke of the "percentage of breaks left" in their car. Mine hasn't had any breaks yet, so I guess I'm at 100%. Now the guy with two broken crankshafts, etc. must be at on 20% breaks remaining - I would hope nothing else happens!! There, I feel better now. Eric Rowland, disciple of Jeannie '91B gumball blue Santa Clara, CA
