Hi,
I get a wierd noise from my instrument panel when I am
 driving at about 20-30mph. It does not happen all the time.
I have not noticed it at higher speeds. It seems to come from
 the area above vent control knobs. Has anyone else seen this problem.  
Any ideas on how to fix it. I bought a new 95 miata about a month back.
