After the plugwire thing I decided to clean Lrr using that Dri-wash thing I heard so much about. I recalled the often humorous posts (not intended) by then list member Guy Stockwell, who was an independent salesman for Dri-wash. Every time somebody had trouble cleaning something, BANG there was Guy, advocating Dri-wash. Engine, interior, leather, wood, top, paint, metal....you name it, he said 'use Dri-wash'. Anyway the product was (is) not for sale in my part of the world, so I ordered a small bottle together with my leather seats last month just to try it out. Lrr was dirty, but not filthy, I mean Gary Fischman would have called it 'rather clean' ;-) I just sprayed the car with the product, used one terry towel to rub it in, waited three minutes and another to polish. To my surprise after 15 minutes of labour the car looked clean, took it out in the sun, no swirl marks, scratches etc....Not as clean as after my Maguiars routine, but that takes 4 to 5 hours, this took 15 minutes!!!!...I'm taking this stuff to meetings next time, arrive with a dirty car like everyone else, hide behind a corner, dri-wash it and show and gloat :-) Allan -------------------------------------- Allan & Little Red Rooster Belgium M-club 141 MCA 60291 chrome to the bone -------------------------------------- Why do I always have so much month left at the end of my money ? http://www.ping.be/revelation/
