Guys and Gals,
I stopped at Pep Boys and got some gorilla snot. I had planned on using it
to re-affix some rubber molding that the body shop did not bother to tack
down where the nose meets the hood and fender. The label says not to use on
painted surfaces. I'd need to re-attach it to a painted surface (fender).
Is there anything else I can use or is it safe to put a little on the paint?
Also along the same line....I want to put on CATTOY's new Eunos nose badge.
I think the body shop guys just broke of the posts on the toilet seat and
glued it on to the nose. How do I remove that....remembering fresh paint is
a factor. What can I use to apply the Eunos badge? I was also thinking of
the gorilla snot until I read the paint warning.
OK, since I'm on a roll...the molding on the pax side window that fits over
the top edge of the door is not fitting flush (sticking up in spots, kind of
a rippled effect). Is it best to leave this alone or can I tack this down
with some of the snot stuff (3M really sounds a whole lot better than
gorilla snot...LOL).
