Unless you have the Gameshark (a little cheat module that allows you
to...well, cheat) then you'll have to beat the game in arcade mode for
each and EVERY level such as "A" group with beginner setting or some
such. I don't have the game any longer (my brother in NY borrowed it) so
I don't quite remember but that should be the gist of it.
