Towels.  Plenty of towels that have a good absorption property, like terry
cloth.  I completely dry the engine compartment with terry cloth towels
after a washing, including the wires and caps.  Pull them off and dry them
out.  Be sure to use a _dry_ towel when drying the caps.  You don't want to
introduce any moisture.  Leave them aside for a while and air dry.  Oh
yeah, only wash the engine when the outside air temperature is warm... say
short-sleeve type weather.  This will reduce the air dry time.
