Been a "busy" day for Ku'u lei today.

Took her in by appointment to PBC early this morning for her 30K
service.  As always, I was greeted by the  friendly staff when I
arrived.  After filling out the requisite service order form, I handed
the key to Brandon Kirschner, their resident mechanic.  I also dropped
off the MRoadster stainless steel exhaust for installation.

About 3 hrs later, I got the phone call from Brandon that the car is
ready.

Brandon did a great job with the 30K service (e.g., oil change, spark
plugs, transmission fluid, brakes, differential, antifreeze, tires
rotated, fuel lines, etc.....).  He also installed the MRoadster exhaust

without any problems.  Incidentally, Brandon was the one who
installed the RB style bar just a few months ago.

Got into the car, turned the ignition, and Ku'u lei fired right up.
MRoadster note is not that much louder than stock at idle, but put it in

gear, step on the gas and you'll get this deep rumble that will bring a
satisfied grin to your face.  Got on the road and that smile got even
wider.  Nice deep tone...  Absolutely no raspiness.  As Marv Albert
would say.... YES!!!

BTW, also picked up an Oris windstop from PBC.  Haven't installed it
yet, but will probably do it this weekend.  Will use it for those wintry

days but just too nice to keep the top up.

Overall, very happy with the work and upgrades completed today.

Thanks to all on this list who have given me advice in the past on the
30K service.  Saved a bundle by not going to a dealer.

Thanks PBC (Brandon, Tommy, and Pete) for the service and support
today.   We'll see you next time for the suspension work.

And thanks to MRoadster (Dan Pedroza) for being so helpful and patient
with me when I was in the process of buying the exhaust.
